Clean facility, friendly staff and affordable.
The breakfast was tasty especially miso soup was delicious. The pajama in the room was very comfy
Scrambled eggs didn’t taste like egg. More fruits (sliced apples and frozen blueberries were the only fruits) would be nice. We had the same thing for two days. Pillow was not fluffy and had hard time sleeping

acceptable
it's like 3 mins walk from Niigata Station, so it's very convenient. The room and bathroom is spacious enough, though it's not big. complimentary breakfast is nice though the choice is not vary. complimentary coffee is provided. Staffs are friendly and helpful
basically no amenity is provided, of course shampoo, conditioner and body soap is provided.

Good
liked it's cleanliness, hostel vibe, breakfast was good, vending machines and laundry great. We traveled in a group of 5.
Wished food was available during the day...but was aware of this. wished coffee was available earlier. with 5 people. 1 was a couple, and their room was small. For singles it was compact, but good. I slept very well.
